Condition Inspection

Condition Inspection assesses the detailed technical and cosmetic condition of the vessel. Ships should be inspected/surveyed periodically to verify that they are maintained in an acceptable condition by international conventions, the Rules of Classification Society, Port state requirements, Company ISM & green efficiency requirements. A detailed assessment of a ship's condition is very important for the owner's maintenance program, ship managers, ship financiers, banking institutions, and insurance companies, throughout a ship's service life. An independent bias-free inspection is undertaken on a vessel to give owner/operators a independent insight into the performance and efficiencies of both the vessel and crew.
